Trans Fats: A worse feeding that leads to overweightRecent studies revealed that trans fats adds to the weight in a bad manner. Trans fat is a fatty acid that has been produced by hydrogenating an unsaturated fatty acid (and so changing its shape). These are usually found in processed foods such as margarine and fried foods, puddings and commercially baked goods and partially hydrogenated vegetable oils. Further it has seen that trans fats reduce our levels of HDL (the good cholesterol) and increase our levels of LDL (the bad cholesterol). This indeed is a bad feeding, which may adversely affect your body.In many big cities like US, has totally shunned trans fats in the favor of public health. Even most of the food industries are formulating and modifying their food elements containing trans fats. Obesity is a worse thing that disrupts the personality of a person. Trans fats add to the weight of a person and also health. Banning of trans fats is an intelligent step that will prevent a person from overweight as well as health risk.
